Role Overview: Full Stack Engineer will be involved in solving real time user problems and adding new products/features required by our Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance and operations team. The engineer must come up with a possible approach to solve the problem and argue why the solution we are going for is better. He/She will ultimately implement the solution, which involves development, testing, deployment and post- deployment monitoring in good communications with the required teams. What You'll Work On Working in a high paced and competitive stock trading environment with core web application development, scripting, data interpretation and manipulation skills Designing, creating, and maintaining our in-house software for business requirements Work on innovative ideas to improve the user experience of our internal systems and applications which are used by the trading teams Improve on existing tools to make trade monitoring systems more robust and reliable What We're Looking For: Experience : 5+ Years someone coming from HFT background. Engineering degree from top institutes in Computer Science(preferred) or any other discipline Experience in Python web app development (preferably Django) Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, Java Script preferably React, Angular Experience in Shell/Perl or Python scripting Prior experience with Linux or Unix based operating systems Experience/Knowledge of the financial industry will be added advantage(note that it is not mandatory) Experience with AWS services like ELB, lambda, EC2, route 53 Good with Operating system and system design Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high priority projects Willingness to learn and work on new technologies Excellent communication skills .
