What you'll do Build and own backend services powering personalised daily guidance for 1M+ MAUs (moving to 10M+ in under 6 months)Ship AI/ML features into production: voice agents, chat systems, recommendation and memory enginesDesign systems that hold up under real user loadMust have Strong Python and Node.jsProduction AI/ML experienceTrack record of automating key workflows and owning systems soloBig plus Founding engineer at a fast-growing startupBuilt and shipped with limited guidance, ran your own stackWorkflow automation experience (n8n or similar)You'll fit if You default to ownership, move without waiting for direction, and want to build in a space that's culturally deep and technically unsolved.
