Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead our global data engineering team from our Pune-based GCC. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on building scalable data platforms using modern technologies like Databricks, Python, and big data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a distributed team of 8+ data engineers across geographies. - Architect and oversee development of robust, scalable data pipelines and platforms. - Collaborate with global stakeholders across Product, Data Science, and Business Analytics. - Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of data systems. - Drive best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Mentor and coach engineers for technical growth and career development. - Manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication. - Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
