The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of networking concepts and firewall technologies. As an L1+ resource, you will support and maintain network security infrastructures, assist in troubleshooting network issues, and provide proactive monitoring of security devices such as firewalls, routers, and switches. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation on network security policies, procedures, and configurations.
