Role Description The Yardi Multifamily Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on providing day-to-day technical and functional support for Yardi Multifamily platforms, including resolving user issues, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of property management workflows. The specialist will handle support tickets, troubleshoot configuration and data-related problems, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize Yardi usage for reporting, leasing, and resident management. Responsibilities include documenting issues and solutions, supporting system updates and integrations, assisting with user training and onboarding, and contributing feedback to improve processes and automation related to Yardi. The role requires consistent, clear communication with stakeholders to maintain high service quality and efficient resolution of support requests. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, particularly with Yardi or similar property management systems. Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Communication skills to manage inquiries, explain solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and improve workflows and reporting accuracy. Experience with Yardi Multifamily modules or other real estate management software is highly beneficial. Knowledge of real estate operations, leasing processes, and multifamily property management is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple support requests, and maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions. Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with data management, reporting tools, and basic SQL or system configuration is a plus. .
