About Us Fairy Frills is a D2C fashion brand for kids, offering trendy and comfortable clothing for children. We're growing fast and looking for a Telecalling & Sales Executive to drive lead conversion, handle customer queries over calls and messages, and build lasting relationships with our customers. This role is best suited to someone with a background in telecalling, sales, or fashion/D2C/e-commerce not a generic CRM/back-office support role. What You'll Do Reach out to potential customers through calls, messages, and social mediaGenerate new leads and follow up consistently until conversionFollow up on leads coming in from our website, Instagram, and other marketing campaignsHandle customer queries about products, sizes, pricing, and orders with a friendly, patient approachBuild relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchasesMaintain organized records of leads, queries, and ordersShare customer feedback with the team to help us improve products and service What We're Looking For Freshers welcome 1+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling is a plus but not mandatory (fashion/retail experience is an added bonus)Strong spoken and written communication skillsComfortable working with sales and lead targets, with a results-driven mindsetFriendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactionsBasic comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking systems (training provided) What You'll Get AI Exposure: Hands-on experience using AI tools for lead management and customer communicationGrowth Path: Clear progression into senior sales/CRM roles as the brand scalesA supportive, fast-paced team environment in a growing D2C brand .
