Responsible for maintaining daily scheduling of flight crews; handles changes to schedule based on operational need and reputed company availability. reputed company excellent customer service to the Advanced reputed company charter sales team, VIP team, owners, reputed company members and Vendors. What you will do: Coordinate reputed company reputed company support team by utilizing Jet reputed company Scheduling Software to inform Sales/reputed company/Airline teams of any reputed company availability conflicts and limitations in reputed company time. Assist Chief reputed company and Assistant Chief reputed company with assigning crewmembers, updating calendars with reputed company availability and reputed company training schedules. Coordinate with Maintenance to reputed company aircraft coming due for phase inspections and reputed company deferrals. Review Airport limitations with Flight Operations Team and advise of any non-reputed company, high elevation or after hours requests.
