Job Title - Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant Experience Required - 7+ Years Timezone - Approx 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (covers US Eastern Time Business Day) Budget - 1.25 LPM Work Mode - Remote Key Responsibilities Client Consulting & Solution Design Partner with clients to understand onboarding processes, requirements, and business objectives Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions Provide strategic recommendations based on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and proven enhancements Configuration & Implementation Configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) to meet complex client requirements Manage business rules, workflows, document templates, notifications, data collection, and onboarding activities Support implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives from design through production deployment Project Delivery Lead or manage assigned workstreams across all project phases: requirements, design, configuration, testing, UAT, and hypercare support Own project deliverables and timeline accountability Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance during engagements Post-Production Support Resolve support tickets and drive system enhancements through managed-services engagement Troubleshoot configuration challenges and recommend sustainable solutions Stay current with SuccessFactors releases and advise clients on new functionality Required Qualifications 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience with proven delivery track record Deep hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (required); Employee Central certification (required) Strong knowledge of Recruiting integration, Employee Central integration, business rules, document generation, and end-to-end onboarding processes Proven experience leading client workshops, designing solutions, and managing project deliverables Experience delivering post-production support and enhancements through a managed-services model Knowledge of U.S. onboarding compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification (Candidate and Recruiter modules) SAP SuccessFactors SmartRecruiter certification Experience with Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Integration Center Mentoring experience with junior SAP consultants Skills & Attributes Exceptional consulting and client relationship skills; ability to build trust across stakeholder groups Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Excellent verbal and written communication; clarity in complex technical discussions Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead across concurrent engagements Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivery excellence .
