Reverse Mortgage Jr. Loan Processor

Position Summary A Junior Processor supports the processing team by verifying accuracy and completeness of document information, updating loan systems, and assisting with communication between thirdparty vendors. They help ensure the file meets basic compliance and product requirements before it moves to a processor or underwriter. Responsibilities: Review reverse mortgage application packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements. Verify all client information matches throughout the system and application. Order and track vendor items such as appraisals, title work, credit reports, VOEs, and other required services. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of ordered items. Set up new loan files within the loan origination system. Upload, index, and organize documents to prepare the file for processing or underwriting review. Provide updates on file status and outstanding documentation. Assist with administrative tasks and other processing support as needed. Required Skills: 2 years mortgage experience preferred; reverse mortgage experience a plus but not required. Strong computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
