The role combines bid management, proposal development, commercial pricing, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and solution narrative development and requires robust organizational, analytical, writing, and commercial skills. Key Responsibilities Bid & Proposal Management - Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle from RFP receipt and kick-off through final submission, including intake, qualification, planning, content development, review, and final delivery. - Analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents to identify scope, compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, and key win themes. - Develop and maintain bid plans with clear milestones, owner assignments, and submission deadlines. - Coordinate inputs from Operations, IT, Workforce Management, Quality, Compliance, HR, and other internal stakeholders. - Ensure submissions comply with client-specified formats, word limits, and mandatory requireme .
