Position: Purchase Executive Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years (with experience in replenishment) Location: Panchkula Salary: Up to 35,000 per month Availability: Immediate joiner needed Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and forecast future replenishment needs to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.Procurement: Source, negotiate, and procure goods and materials from local and international suppliers at competitive prices.Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality standards and timely deliveries.Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Cost Optimization: Analyze and reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality.Reporting: Maintain and update procurement records, including reports on purchase activities and supplier performance.Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in replenishment, inventory management, international procurement and import knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (if applicable).Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistanceHealth insuranceLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate: Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s): Do you have experience with replenishment Experience: Purchasing: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)Work Location: In person .
