Job Requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand packaging requirements and develop sourcing strategies. - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with vendors. -develop project timeline and monitor progress on week to week basis including follow up with cross functional teams to get the things done - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new packaging solutions. - Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of packaging materials. - Analyze and optimize the packaging supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as required. Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in packaging technology.Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the packaging industry.Artwork managementMaterial Specification ManagementUnderstanding of Packaging materialsUnderstanding of Packaging development processVendor managementVendor negotiation and understanding on material priceUnderstanding of bill of materials.Experience: 2-5 years Location: Electronic City, Bangalore .
