Key Responsibilities Manage daily EdTech operations and post-sales activities. Coordinate with customers/students after sales and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Handle customer queries, follow-ups, escalations, and issue resolution. Coordinate with Sales, Academic, Operations, and other internal teams. Maintain operational records, trackers, and reports. Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Important Candidates without EdTech Operations experience AND Post-Sales/Customer Handling experience will not be considered.
