About the job: Were looking for a Senior Manager Client Servicing to join our leadership team. This role is for someone who has moved beyond simply managing projects and is ready to own accounts, lead client relationships, drive teams and grow business. Were looking for a seasoned experiential marketing professional who can take charge of key accounts end-to-end from understanding the business challenge and shaping the response to leading the pitch, managing execution, protecting commercials and building long-term client partnerships. The experience we value: * Experiential marketing agency experience is mandatory 5+ years of relevant experience, with 8+ years strongly preferred Proven experience managing accounts/portfolios with 5-8 Cr+ annual billing A track record of independently leading and growing key accounts Experience leading large, cross-functional agency teams Strong experience in new-business pitches and senior-level client presentations Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills Strong commercial understanding across budgets, margins and account profitability The confidence and maturity to engage with senior client stakeholders and take ownership of difficult conversations Experience with Alco-Bev and FMCG brands would be a significant advantage. Were particularly interested in people who bring a combination of strategic thinking, commercial maturity and strong executional understanding. Someone who can walk into a room with a client, understand what the business really needs, rally the right team around the opportunity and take responsibility for delivering the outcome.
