Client Success Partner

Job Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management Coordinate with internal teams across creative, media, content, SEO, and operations for smooth execution Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverables Understand client objectives and ensure execution aligns with business goals Track project timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions across teams Support strategy discussions, campaign planning, and client presentations Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders Identify client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution through coordination with teams Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, accountability, and delivery ownership Key Skills Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign workflows Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Problem-solving mindset with high ownership Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment Perks Exposure to high-growth brands across multiple industries Opportunity to work closely with leadership and strategic teams Fast-paced, ownership-driven learning environment Career progression into senior client servicing and business leadership roles Cross-functional exposure across branding, digital, media, and strategy Opportunity for vertical and horizontal growth within the organization Compensation: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
