PLEASE NOTE in additional to strong technical accounting experience, this positions requires someone to have exposure to HR, understand of FMLA Must-Have 3+ years of Senior Accountant experience Nonprofit accounting experience (MUST Restricted Fund Management: Track and report on restricted, unrestricted, and board-designated funds. HR Exposure -Benefits Understanding of FMLA, FLSA*** Multiple Entity Management: Support separate accounting for both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities, including consolidated reporting. General Ledger Management/Experience Cost Allocations: Allocate shared costs across entities, programs, grants, and departments.
