The role specializes in identifying, engaging, and building candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring demand in line with defined timelines and quality standards. The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and works closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, accurate sourcing data, and a positive candidate experience."
