Lead Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Staffing Specialist to manage end-to-end staffing activities for assigned portfolios or collaborate with senior staffing partners on specific accounts. You will be the primary contact for staffing-related communications and coordination among delivery, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams. This role requires expertise in staffing processes and the ability to maintain accurate staffing system data while monitoring key performance indicators. Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end Staffing for the Portfolio assignedMajor activities include Demand validation, proposal addition, next steps, interview coordination, assignments, and ramp-down validationsServe as the Primary point of contact for Staffing for stakeholders from the Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition and Global Staffing teamsMaintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in Demand and HeadcountProvide timely updates and callout next steps to stakeholdersMaintain the hygiene of the internal staffing systems and do daily validation of the current statusMonitor and report Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in core staffingExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrated hands-on experience using staffing processes & toolsKnowledge of IT Skills, Roles, and ResponsibilitiesExperience in handling difficult negotiations and escalationsBeing responsive, resourceful, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency, paired with a friendly, diplomatic demeanour .
