Position Summary: The incumbent will oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for international entities. The role includes managing audits, preparing MIS, monitoring deferred revenue, supporting business contracts, ensuring GAAP/IFRS adherence, and driving process improvements while guiding the accounting team. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end Advanced Accounting and Finalisation Review of Accounting Entries & Transaction Flows Monitor, review, and ensure proper recognition of deferred revenue and costs in line with accounting policies. Ensure systematic documentation, filing of records, and readiness for internal and external audits. Assist and coordinate during statutory, internal, and group audits, including preparation/review of financial statements as per IFRS / IND AS. Prepare, review, and present monthly MIS for international entities, ensuring timely and insightful financial reporting. Oversee accounting operations for international subsidiaries/entities, ensuring compliance with local GAAP requirements and internal policies. Partner with business teams in reviewing and finalizing commercial contracts, ensuring financial and accounting implications are well captured. Monitor reconciliations, ensure timely follow-up with customers, and drive collection of outstanding receivables. Supervise AP processes to ensure timely processing of vendor and partner payments. Mentor the accounting team, drive process enhancements, and ensure strong internal controls across all accounting functions. Requirements: CA / MBA Finance / M.Com with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in international accounting. Robust proficiency in Excel and Tally, Experience with Oracle Fusion / SAP (preferred) Good understanding of IFRS, IND AS, and local GAAP (international markets) Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to dynamic business needs. .
