We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Recruiter - UK & Europe Staffing to join our Chennai office. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for UK and Europe-based IT staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills, along with a passion for identifying top technical talent. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle for UK & Europe IT staffing requirements.Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Conduct initial screening and technical interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Stay updated with recruitment best practices and current market trends.Required Qualifications1-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, preferably in UK & Europe Staffing.Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting and hiring.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.Good organizational and time management skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Experience in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred CandidateImmediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.Why Join Ampstek Opportunity to work with a fast-growing global organization.Exposure to international recruitment markets.Career growth and continuous learning opportunities.Collaborative and employee-friendly work culture.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. .
