Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and vendor/customer reconciliation.Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & PT statutory compliance.Prepare Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and manage bank/current account activities.Handle bank loans, Liquidated Damages (LD), and retention amounts.Manage payroll-related accounting and company expenses.Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS and financial reports.Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and internal departments.Work on SAP/Tally/ERP/accounting software.Requirements: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.3 8 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting, audit, and financial reporting.Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in manufacturing/engineering/project-based industries will be preferred.Compensation: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Benefits: Food providedHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
