Contract Technical Recruiter / Sourcer

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Anywhere Job Type Contract Description 3-Month Contract | Approximately 30 Hours/Week Were looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to help us move quickly on an aggressive hiring plan. Over the next three months, we expect to hire approximately 25 people, primarily across Software Engineering, Product, and Quality Assurance. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find great technical talent, build pipelines quickly, and keep multiple searches moving at the same time. What Youll DoProactively source candidates for Software, Product, and QA rolesBuild targeted searches using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channelsConduct initial candidate outreach and screeningPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust searches quicklyMaintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple open positionsTrack sourcing activity, response rates, pipeline health, and hiring progress This is a three-month contract role with an immediate start. Were looking for someone who can jump in quickly, understand what we need, and start building qualified pipelines from day one. There is the possibility of extension or future permanent employment.
