Manager (AMC & Vendor Management)

Position: Manager AMC & Vendor Management Department Operations & Administration Location: Noida (Corporate Office) Experience: 56 Years Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Manager AMC & Vendor Management to manage AMC operations, Freshdesk escalations, vendor coordination, and service delivery across all Physics Wallah centers. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SLA management, vendor billing, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end AMC operations across multiple centers Monitor and ensure timely closure of Freshdesk tickets within SLA Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive maintenance & breakdown resolution Handle escalations and drive quick resolution with minimum TAT Manage AMCs for: Air Conditioning Systems (VRV & Non-VRV) RO Systems Passenger Lifts Coordinate with leading OEMs: AC: Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG Lifts: Johnson, Otis, KONE RO: Aquaguard Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance Verify vendor invoices, coordinate PO processing, and support payment releases Prepare MIS reports covering ticket status, SLA compliance, ageing, vendor performance, and billing Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations across all centers What We're Looking For 56 years of experience in Facility Management, AMC Operations, Vendor Management, or Administration Strong knowledge of AMC lifecycle, SLA management, and escalation handling Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms Experience managing OEMs and multi-location facility operations Expertise in vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment coordination Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities .
