Private Debt & Fixed Income Expertise Understanding of private debt instruments, deal structures, and attributes. Data Quality & Data Governance Ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of data. Reference Data Management Managing security attributes, data dictionaries, and data standards. Financial Statement & Credit Analysis Knowledge of financial statements and credit agreements related to debt instruments. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Working closely with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams. Analytical Problem-Solving Data reconciliation, issue resolution, quality monitoring, and process improvement. Reporting Team Reporting Designation: Assistant Director Reporting Department: Private Markets Key Performance Indicators: The role focuses on private debt markets , with responsibility for managing, maintaining, and enhancing security master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across investment operations. Candidates should be able to oversee security setup, control data quality, maintain data dictionaries, develop KPIs, conduct audits, and resolve data-related issues proactively. The position requires close collaboration with investment, finance, operations, risk, compliance, reporting, and technology teams to ensure security data accurately reflects deal structures and reporting requirements. Strong understanding of private debt instruments, financial statements, and credit agreements is essential.
