Tech Lead Go / Golang Backend Company: INVERX PVT LTD Location: Pune, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 610 Years Hands-on Coding: 6070% Job Summary INVERX PVT LTD is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Tech Lead Go / Golang Backend to lead the engineering of scalable, high-performance, and highly concurrent backend systems. This is a deeply technical engineering role, not a purely people-management position. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to production code, design scalable microservices, review complex implementations, troubleshoot performance and concurrency issues, and take complete technical ownership of backend systems. Detailed Job Description: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17SUDIQ1TanJLSvgyqH5Gfyq-4AoAaRHy/view usp=sharing Key Responsibilities Lead backend development using Go/Golang.Develop and maintain critical production backend services.Design scalable microservices and distributed systems.Build systems capable of handling high traffic and high transaction volumes.Conduct detailed code reviews and maintain engineering standards.Design REST and gRPC APIs and service-to-service communication.Troubleshoot CPU, memory, database, network, and application performance issues.Work with asynchronous and event-driven architectures.Implement caching and high-performance backend solutions.Mentor developers and resolve complex technical blockers.Take ownership of production issues and conduct root-cause analysis.Improve CI/CD, observability, reliability, and production engineering practices.Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Go / Golang.Strong understanding of Goroutines, Channels, Context, Mutex/RWMutex, race conditions, deadlocks, and synchronization.Knowledge of Go memory management, garbage collection, interfaces, pointers, error handling, modules, and dependency management.Experience with profiling and performance optimization, including pprof.Strong experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems.Experience with REST APIs and understanding of gRPC concepts.Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.Hands-on experience with Redis.Production experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Linux environments.Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.Understanding of logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing.Strong understanding of API security, JWT, OAuth/OAuth2, RBAC, rate limiting, and secure coding practices.Experience & Background 610 years of overall backend engineering experience.4+ years of hands-on production Go experience preferred.Minimum 3 years of practical experience with microservices/distributed systems.Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.Candidates with experience in FinTech, Payments, Wallets, Transaction Processing, Banking Technology, Trading/Exchange Platforms, Real-Time Messaging, Large-Scale SaaS, or High-Volume E-Commerce are strongly preferred.Good to Have WebSocketsGraphQLElasticsearch/OpenSearchDomain-Driven Design (DDD)Experience migrating monolithic or legacy systems to GoImportant This is not a people-management-focused Tech Lead role.
