Backend Developer RTR Platform Gurgaon | Full-Time Role Overview : We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong full stack, NodeJS expertise to build and scale the RTR platform. You will work on high-volume financial transaction processing, real-time reconciliation engines, and regulatory reporting pipelines with a strong emphasis on reliability, data correctness, and AI integration. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop scalable microservices for the RTR (Reconciliation, Transaction & Reporting) platform using node js.Build real-time reconciliation engines that match transaction data across AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), exchanges, and internal systems.Develop regulatory reporting modules : SEBI reports, AMFI NAV uploads, tax computation (LTCG/STCG), and client statement generation.Integrate with BSE StarMF, NSE NMF-II, CAMS, KFintech, CKYC, Account Aggregator, UPI, NACH, and NPCI.Implement idempotent, fault-tolerant transaction processing with at-least-once/exactly-once delivery guarantees.Build observability into every service: structured logging (ELK), distributed tracing, and alerting dashboards (Grafana/Prometheus).Write comprehensive unit and integration tests; maintain high coverage on financial computation modules.Collaborate with architects on database design (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and API contracts. Required Qualifications : 3 - 6 years of backend development experience with strong NodeJS proficiency.Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, and distributed systems patterns.Strong SQL skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL); ability to write and optimise complex financial queries.Experience with REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / JWT, and API security.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions).Understanding of financial transaction concepts: NAV, SIP, STP, SWP, redemption, switch, and corporate actions.B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent. Good to Have : Prior experience in a wealth management, mutual fund, or NBFC technology team.Familiarity with SEBI, AMFI, or RBI regulatory reporting requirements.Knowledge of Account Aggregator (AA) framework and FIP/FIU integration.Experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and LLM API integration. AI Expectations : Use AI coding assistants as part of your daily development workflow for writing, reviewing, and debugging code.Contribute to AI-powered reconciliation features: anomaly detection, pattern-based exception flagging, and intelligent discrepancy resolution.Identify where AI/ML can reduce manual exception handling in the RTR pipeline. .
