IT Recruiter 2-6 Years Experience: 2-6Years Location: Remote/Hybrid Mode of Engagement: Full-time No. of Positions: 2 Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field Industry: IT / Software Services / Digital Marketing Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only What We Are Looking For End-to-end recruitment professional with hands-on IT hiring experience Hands on experience in Linkedin job portals Should have closed major requirements with Linkedin Strong exposure to IT & non-IT recruitment processes Advanced working knowledge of Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with ownership mindset Candidates should be open for occasional meeting discussions in Bangalore/ any other location on a need basisLeverage AI tools and modern recruitment techniques to improve sourcing and hiring efficiencyFrequent travel according to the business needs is mandatory Responsibilities Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer rollout Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Perform HR screenings, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closure Maintain and manage recruitment trackers usingadvanced Excel Create and update reports usingPivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarity, feedback, and offer approvals Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and recruitment MIS reporting Qualifications 2-6 Years ofhands-on end-to-end recruitment experience Strongproficiencyin advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting dashboards) Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously Experience in IT recruitment is a strong plus Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment .
