About the job: Location: Remote Employment: Full-time | Immediate Start Market: Australia About the Role The Placement Valley is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to grow and manage relationships with Australian employers. This is an employer-focused, 360 recruitment role combining employer acquisition, vacancy generation, candidate placement and relationship management. You'll be responsible for developing new employer accounts and turning those relationships into genuine recruitment opportunities. What You'll Do Identify and approach Australian employers with hiring requirements.Build relationships with hiring managers, business owners, HR teams and recruitment partners.Generate new vacancies through calls, LinkedIn, email and referrals.Understand employer workforce requirements and take detailed job briefs.Work with our recruitment team to identify and present suitable candidates.Manage employer relationships from initial conversation through interviews, offers and placements.Build a consistent pipeline of new and recurring employer accounts.Maintain accurate CRM records and meet employer acquisition, vacancy and placement targets. Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally agency/360 recruitment.Proven experience acquiring and managing employer/client relationships.Strong business development and lead-generation skills.Confidence with cold calling and employer outreach.Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.Commercially driven, organised and comfortable working toward targets.Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience in Australian or international recruitment and skills-shortage sectors such as trades, hospitality, healthcare or engineering is highly preferred.
