Sr Sourcer - (Virtual EST/CST) - RPO Consultant

The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving reputed company aspects of the candidate sourcing and reputed company process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for reputed company clients. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with reputed company clients. This starts out as a 6-month W2 contract, virtual role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple recruiters, sourcing for a reputed company of corporate roles in the manufacturing industry and have the ability to reputed company to their strategic sourcing strategies. 1.
