The Sales Manager - LAP will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to enhance their productivity and skill sets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the LAP market. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to LAP products. Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to optimize product offerings, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a positive company image. Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand market reach. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or secured lending segment. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales force. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong ethical conduct and a customer-centric approach. .
