Role Description The Formean role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Indore facility. The individual in this role oversees day-to-day shop-floor activities, including supervising production workers, monitoring machinery and process parameters, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, tracking production output, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and reporting progress or issues to management. The Formean also helps implement process improvements, supports training of workers, and ensures that production targets are met within defined timelines and resource constraints. Qualifications Experience supervising production or shop-floor operations in an industrial or textile environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, basic machinery operation, and workplace safety practices.Ability to plan, allocate, and monitor daily work, with attention to quality standards and output targets.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with workers, engineers, and management.Basic record-keeping and reporting skills for documenting production data and incident logs.Minimum of a high school diploma; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or textiles is an advantage.Prior experience in a supervisory or foreperson role in an on-site industrial setting preferred.Willingness to work in shifts as required and to comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines. .
