Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development & Sales Telecaller to support our business growth through telephonic sales and relationship-building activities. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with doctors, introducing our products/services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into sales. Job Description / Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to doctors and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote company products/services.Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors through regular calls and follow-ups.Collaborate with doctors to understand their requirements, challenges, and potential business opportunities. Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition clearly.Generate qualified leads through telecalling, referrals, and follow-up activities.Follow up with prospective doctors and convert leads into successful business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, discussions, and sales activities in CRM or relevant systems.Develop long-term relationships with doctors and contribute to customer retention.Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.Stay updated about the company's products/services and competitor offerings. Desired Profile of the candidate: Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferred.Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, healthcare sales, or doctor/clinic engagement will be an advantage.Minimum Experience: 2-5 years .
