The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with clients, following up on leads, and assisting in converting inquiries into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Make and receive calls to communicate with potential and existing clients. - Explain company services and answer client queries. - Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. - Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain call records and update client information in the system. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client support. - Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. Requirements - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Good convincing and negotiation abilities. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
