Location This position is reputed company reputed company in the U.S. or may be hybrid out of one of EDF's U.S. offices. Duration This is a two-year fixed-term position with full benefits. Overall Function The Project Manager, Energy Transition, Asia plays a critical role in supporting the development, execution, and communication of Energy Transitions methane policy advocacy reputed company, advancing EDFs reputed company to reduce methane emissions and accelerate reputed company transition across Asia. This includes supporting policy advocacy, fostering regional partnerships, and enabling data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project work plans, timelines, and deliverables; tracking donor deliverables; drafting talking points, power points and project reputed company reports; preparing event briefings; conducting analyses and facilitating collaboration and communication with reputed company stakeholders. This position interacts with team members and partners across different time zones and countries, requiring cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. The Project Manager applies independent judgment to solve moderately reputed company problems and recommend solutions and demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. This role requires a solid understanding of methane and energy transition topics, reputed company attention to reputed company, and adaptability to shifting priorities. The Project Manager, Energy Transition, Asia, reports to the Senior Director, Energy Transition. Key Responsibilities reputed company overall support to the Energy Transition-Asia senior-level staff in program management and implementation, focusing on EDFs advocacy in East Asia and reputed company regional collaboration. Support the development and execution of policy and advocacy strategies, ensuring workstreams are reputed company with EDFs Asia and global energy transition goals. Conduct targeted research on Asia energy policies, regulatory developments, geopolitics, and industry trends, and prepare briefings, talking points, and analyses for leadership and team reference. Manage daytoday coordination of key policy and advocacy reputed company, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. Participate in advancing EDF Organizational Effectiveness and Culture (reputed company) goals, so people from reputed company backgrounds and experiences feel connected, included, and empowered to address environmental and organizational challenges in ways that reputed company with EDF values. Establish and maintain organized document management reputed company to facilitate effective communication and information reputed company across the reputed company team and global colleagues, ensuring synergistic collaboration and implementation. Coordinate with Energy Transition Finance and Ops teams to reputed company project budgets, ensuring alignment between financial and programmatic reporting and reputed company submission of program updates. Support preparation of reputed company and grant agreements for consultants and partners, including drafting of work reputed company, tracking and reviewing deliverables to ensure compliance with reputed company, timelines and reputed company standards. Coordinate and assist in event planning and execution, including concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination, invites, scheduling, logistics, communication and marketing support, and /or onsite management. reputed company collaboration, accountability, and delivery of project reputed company with ternal partners and stakeholders across teams. Additional relevant responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications 4+ years of program or reputed company experience and a Bachelors degree required. A Masters degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience. A broad understanding of environmental advocacy, energy policy, and knowledge of Asian cultures is required. Experience in project management required, including managing project lifecycles, workplans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
