Required Senior/Associate Attorney Real Estate Transactions Experience: 34Years Budget: 35,000 Office Location: Adalat Road, Near Aurangabad High Court Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: LL.B. Mandatory, LL.M. Preferred Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Transactions Attorney with strong experience in real estate transactions, conveyancing, title due diligence, and property advisory, preferably across Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: Handle sale, purchase, lease, development, redevelopment, and conveyancing transactions.Conduct title searches, legal due diligence, and verification of ownership, encumbrances, development rights, and property documents.Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements, conveyances, development agreements, leases, and related legal documents.Examine and interpret 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries, Index II, and revenue records.Advise clients on land acquisition, industrial land, redevelopment, title issues, and property-related legal risks.Represent clients before Sub-Registrar, Collector, Tahsildar, SDO, and other relevant authorities.Prepare title and due diligence reports and provide practical legal opinions.Identify legal/commercial risks and recommend suitable mitigation strategies.Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, architects, banks, and internal teams for transaction execution.Independently manage multiple matters, timelines, registrations, anddocumentation.Required Skills: 34 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Law / Conveyancing / Property Due Diligence.Strong knowledge of property documentation, title investigation, and Maharashtra land laws.Working knowledge of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, Transfer of Property Act, Partition Act, etc.Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills.Fluent English and Marathi, including ability to interpret Marathi property/revenue records.Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to work independently under deadlines.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
