Job Description Senior HR Executive Organization: Dr. Aravindh IVF Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: All over Tamilnadu, Hosur, Karnataka Department: Human Resources Experience: 48 Years Job Summary Dr. Aravindh IVF is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have robust interpersonal skills, experience in the healthcare industry (preferred), and the ability to support multiple departments while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees. - Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data. - Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies. - Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes. - Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives. - Organize employee engagement activities, training, and wellness programs. - Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management. - Coordinate with department heads to address manpower planning and staffing needs. - Assist with HR audits and accreditation documentation. - Travel to branch locations or hospitals as required to support HR operations. Qualifications - MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. - 48 years of experience in HR Generalist or Senior HR roles. - Experience in hospitals or the healthcare sector is preferred. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
