Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, performance reviews, and offboarding/exit procedures. Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative culture.Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, and leave/attendance management.Ensure full compliance with all local statutory regulations (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, TDS, etc.).Supervise factory HR operations, ensuring adherence to the Factories Act and applicable labor laws.Oversee workplace safety, industrial health standards, shop-floor discipline, and audit readiness.Manage end-to-end recruitment across factory, administrative, and management positions.Direct daily office administration, facility maintenance, and vendor management.Drive the performance management framework, including annual/kpi goal setting, mid-year appraisals, and performance reviews.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundWork Location: In person .
