Role Description The Healthcare Outreach Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role focuses on building awareness about Third Eyes services, engaging with families, healthcare professionals, schools, and community organizations to expand access to autism-focused support. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating outreach programs and informational sessions, managing inquiries from caregivers, and maintaining relationships with referral partners such as pediatricians, therapists, and hospitals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of healthcare marketing, business development or medical outreach.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby districts. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain professional relationships with pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, child neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and hospitals.Visit healthcare professionals regularly to introduce Third Eye's therapy and educational services.Generate referrals for children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language delays, learning disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.Conduct awareness meetings and coordinate medical outreach activities.Organize doctor engagement programs, hospital awareness sessions, and developmental screening initiatives.Maintain referral records and submit periodic outreach reports.Coordinate with the admissions and therapy teams to ensure timely follow-up of referred families. .
