Medical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust network of CAR-T treatment centers, referral hospitals, and hematology/oncology specialists across the assigned region.Build and strengthen credible relationships with KOLs, transplant physicians, and experts in lymphoma and ALL.Lead regional scientific engagement initiatives, including CMEs, webinars, tumor boards, and peer-connect programs, with a focus on CAR-T therapy.Support early identification of appropriate patients and facilitate referral pathways for those eligible for CAR-T treatment.Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end CAR-T treatment pathway, including patient eligibility, leukapheresis, manufacturing timelines, bridging therapy, and infusion preparedness.Promote and support best practices for the management of CAR-T-related toxicities, including CRS, ICANS, cytopenias, and infections.Generate and communicate medical insights and field intelligence to inform scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, and educational strategies.Support the generation of real-world evidence, investigator collaborations, and regional medical initiatives related to CAR-T therapy.Ensure that all scientific engagements, communications, and materials adhere to applicable regulatory, ethical, and company governance requirements.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including access, operations, manufacturing, patient support, and commercial functions.Contribute to medical training initiatives and capability development for regional field teams and internal stakeholders.Drive high-quality scientific communication and promote the responsible adoption of CAR-T therapy in clinical practice.Qualifications and Educational Requirements MBBS or BDS; MD in Pharmacology, Internal Medicine, Transfusion Medicine, or Oncology, or an MBA, would be preferred.Strong scientific knowledge and foundation in physiology, immunology, or oncology.24 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or a related medical function.Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clinicians, hospitals, and scientific stakeholders at a regional level.Experience in conducting medical education programs, evidence-based scientific communication, or investigator-led initiatives.Strong understanding of governance, compliance requirements, and cross-functional collaboration within medical functions.An established professional network across tertiary-care hospitals or key regional institutions would be an advantage.Key Expectations Be based within the assigned region and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Access teams to facilitate effective CAR-T program execution.Undertake regular regional travel to engage with CAR-T centers, referral hospitals, transplant units, and key hematologists/oncologists.Represent the organization at regional and national scientific conferences, CMEs, congresses, and professional forums focused on oncology and cell therapy.Develop and deliver high-quality scientific presentations covering CAR-T therapy, clinical evidence, patient selection, and treatment pathways.Support the education of physicians and hospital teams regarding CAR-T referral pathways, toxicity management, including CRS and ICANS, and treatment-related logistics.Lead and mentor regional medical and field teams, ensuring effective scientific engagement, adherence to compliance requirements, and ethical stakeholder interactions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CAR-T therapy, lymphoma and ALL management, advances in cell therapy, and emerging immunotherapies.Support investigator-initiated studies (IIS/ISS), registries, and real-world evidence programs through appropriate medical review and coordination.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Medical, Operations, Manufacturing, Patient Support, and Commercial teams to enable seamless CAR-T program execution.Demonstrate adaptability, scientific rigor, initiative, and integrity while operating within a rapidly evolving cell therapy landscape.Be a highly motivated and results-oriented Medical Expert capable of taking on a pivotal leadership role, managing complex projects, and inspiring high performance across diverse teams.Demonstrate the ability to apply deep medical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to deliver meaningful outcomes within a dynamic healthcare environment.
