HR Executive/Coordinator

Job Description: HR Executive/HR Coordinator Work From Home Experience: 1-3 Years An HR Executive is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, training coordination, and administrative activities. The role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.Coordinate training and development programs, maintain training calendars and attendance records, collect training feedback and prepare reports.Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data.Organize employee engagement activities.Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required, arrange travel bookings, accommodation for employees, maintain travel records and expense details.Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coordination and organizational abilities.Attention to detail and confidentiality.Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.Compensation: From 200,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceProvident FundWork from homeApplication Question(s): What is your total experience in HR domain What is your Notice period What is your current CTC Work Location: In person .
