Working Days : Monday - Saturday Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment, including IT and Non-IT hiring across multiple functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Source, Screen, and Shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels. Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, salary negotiations, onboarding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain Attendance Records, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Handle operations, payroll management, vendor management, Employee Engagement and employee onboarding/offboarding processes. Ensured compliance with statutory regulations, labour laws, workmen compliance, and HR policies. Support employer branding, HR operations, and process improvement initiatives.
