Key Responsibilities - Manage Global HR Operations across multiple international locations. - Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes and exits. - Manage global employee data, HR records and documentation. - Handle HRIS / HR systems, data updates, workflows and reporting. - Prepare global HR MIS, dashboards and headcount reports. - Coordinate with overseas HR teams, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. - Support global mobility / international assignments and related HR documentation. - Ensure adherence to global HR policies, SOPs and processes. - Drive process standardization, improvement and automation across Global HR Operations. - Support HR audits and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
