Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.Oversee performance management and employee development programmes.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Lead employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.Provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.Collaborate with leadership to support change management efforts.Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends. The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has: 8-12 years of background in HR practices within the FMCG sector.Experience in managing HR operations in the cosmetics or toiletries industry.Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
