This key leadership position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the region's financial position, midrange plans, culture and competition. Participates in the interviewing, hiring and promotion process of field and hospital leadership. Uses data to analyze trends and metrics in partnership with corporate and field leadership to reputed company solutions, programs and policies. Documents, manages and resolves reputed company employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations ensuring equity, fairness, and consistency. Provides guidance and recommendations for reputed company.
