Fixed Income Wealth Manager (Bengaluru)

We are looking for dynamic and relationship-driven professionals to expand our distribution and sub-broker network for fixed income investment products. The role involves onboarding, managing, and activating financial distributors, wealth partners, IFAs, MFDs, PMS/AIF distributors, and other intermediary channels. The candidate should have solid connections with distributors actively selling financial products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, P2P products, insurance, structured products, or alternative investments. Prior fixed income experience is preferred but not mandatory. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a strong network of: - IFAs - MFDs - Wealth Managers - Sub Brokers - PMS/AIF Distributors - Family Office Relationship Managers - Financial Product Distributors - Drive sales and distribution of: - Private NCDs - PTCs - Credit AIFs - Structured Debt Products - Other fixed income and yield-based investment opportunities - Source and activate new distribution partners across assigned geographies - Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and partner engagement meetings - Support distributors in client acquisition, transaction execution, and closures - Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, compliance, and execution - Maintain strong relationships with active partners and increase wallet share - Track distributor activity, investor appetite, and market opportunities \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Desired Candidate Profile - 210 years of experience in channel sales / distribution partnerships within financial services - Strong network with distributors actively selling: - Mutual Funds - PMS - AIFs - P2P products - Bonds - Insurance - Alternative investment products - Candidates from AMCs managing the MFD / IFA channel are highly preferred - Experience in fixed income products is preferred but not mandatory - Strong relationship management and business development skills - Good understanding o .
