About the Role We are looking for a well-spoken, proactive and commercially minded fresher to manage Reddit and Twitter/X outreach for Bizwit AI. The relevant discussions, communities and potential opportunities will be identified through our existing outreach system. Your role will be to engage with these conversations, communicate naturally with users, understand their requirements, identify qualified prospects, and forward genuine leads to the Project Manager. This is not a role where success is measured simply by the number of comments or posts you make. Your primary KPI is qualified lead generation. If your outreach generates a genuine business opportunity for Bizwit AI, you will be rewarded for it. Key Responsibilities Manage Reddit and Twitter/X outreach activities assigned by the Bizwit AI team.Engage with relevant discussions across Reddit and Twitter/X identified through the existing outreach system.Post thoughtful, relevant and value-driven comments based on the context of each conversation.Build credibility through meaningful participation rather than promotional or spammy content.Communicate naturally with users and understand their business requirements.Identify potential business opportunities and qualify prospects based on their requirements and fit for Bizwit AI.Forward qualified leads to the Project Manager for further outreach and conversion.Maintain an accurate record of leads generated through your outreach.Provide relevant context about each lead and the conversation that led to the opportunity.Follow up on relevant conversations when required.Stay updated on trends in AI, SaaS, startups, marketing and business automation.Follow Reddit, Twitter/X and community guidelines while maintaining a professional online presence.Work with the Project Manager to improve lead quality based on feedback and conversion outcomes. Your KPI The primary KPI for this role is: Qualified leads generated from Reddit and Twitter/X. The relevant discussions and potential opportunities will already be surfaced through the outreach system. Your responsibility is to: Engage Understand Qualify Forward Track We are not measuring your performance simply by the number of comments or interactions. We care about the number and quality of genuine business opportunities you identify and pass to the Project Manager. A qualified lead should have a relevant business requirement and be a potential fit for Bizwit AI's AI automation, consulting or related services. Compensation & Incentives Base Stipend: 2,000/month In addition to the 2,000 monthly base stipend, you can earn performance-based incentives of up to 20,000+ based on the qualified leads you generate. There will also be an additional closing-based incentive. If a client is successfully closed and we can clearly track that the lead originated from your Reddit or Twitter/X outreach, you will receive an additional incentive based on the successful closure. This means your earning potential is directly connected to the business opportunities you help generate. The better the quality of your leads and the more business you help generate, the more you can earn. Who Are We Looking For This role is ideal for a fresher or recent graduate who: Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Is confident and comfortable communicating with people online.Understands how to have natural conversations rather than sending generic sales messages.Is active on Reddit, Twitter/X or other online communities.Has an interest in AI, technology, startups, marketing or business.Is proactive and willing to take ownership.Can understand a person's requirement and recognise a genuine business opportunity.Is comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.Is willing to learn and experiment with different outreach approaches.Can work independently in a remote environment. Prior professional experience is not required. What matters more is your communication ability, curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn.
