Role Description The Director of Inside Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building and leading the inside sales function at CoLLearn. This role oversees daily sales activities, including managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into enrolled learners for sports education programs. The Director will design and refine sales processes, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue growth. Responsibilities include mentoring and developing the inside sales team, coordinating with marketing and operations to align campaigns and offerings, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality learner experience throughout the sales journey. The role also involves forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership on sales performance and opportunities for expansion. Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and enrollment targets. Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills, including experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess Team Management skills, with experience hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams. Candidates should possess strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations. Relevant skills such as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Prior experience in EdTech, sports, or related industries is beneficial; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent experience considered. .
