Job Title: Field Mobilizer Kodangal Job Location: Kodangal, Telangana Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / Overseas Education & Career Services Job Summary Global Talent Square, a 2COMS Group Company, is looking for a dynamic Field Mobilizer to join our team in Kodangal, Telangana. The candidate will be responsible for field-level candidate mobilization, institutional outreach, lead generation, awareness programs, and supporting the counseling team in converting leads for international career opportunities. Key Responsibilities Visit ITIs, colleges, hospitals, industries, training institutes, and other institutions for candidate mobilization. Conduct awareness programs, seminars, career counseling sessions, and job fairs. Generate and maintain qualified candidate leads for international job opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and local organizations. Identify potential candidate pools through field visits and networking activities. Coordinate with the Counseling Team for effective lead follow-up and conversion. Maintain records of field visits, leads generated, and candidate interactions. Achieve assigned lead generation and mobilization targets. Represent Global Talent Square professionally during institutional visits and events. Travel across Kodangal and nearby areas as required. RequirementsAny Graduate from a recognized institution. Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Mobilization, Outreach, Community Engagement, or related roles. Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Male candidates preferred. .
