Remote Business Operations Business Analyst IV

Meta Platforms, Inc. is a large-scale Finance organization transitioning toward an AI-native operating model, and they are seeking a Business Analyst IV to support their Credit GPO during a maternity leave period. The role involves managing the end-to-end Credit process globally while ensuring risk is minimized and supporting in-flight AI/automation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end Credit process globally: onboarding, credit applications, credit limit increases, account maintenance, and dispute resolutionEnsure credit processes support revenue growth while maintaining risk controls across AMER, EMEA, and APACSupport (not lead) in-flight AI workforce/automation initiatives in Credit & Collections, working with Engineering, Product, and Revenue AI teamsMaintain and refine AI agent skills/domain procedures within a governed, skills-based architectureMonitor AI agent performance and ensure compliance controls (SOX dual-review, AML screening, contact validation) stay embedded in automated workflowsOperate within established credit risk frameworks - credit scoring models, credit limit methodologies, portfolio risk monitoringPartner with Global Risk team on enterprise risk appetite alignmentServe as primary POC for Credit process queries during the cover periodManage day-to-day relationships with BPO partners executing credit/collections activities across global delivery locationsSkills6+ years in financial credit, credit risk management, collections, or revenue operationsSolid understanding of end-to-end credit management: assessment, limit setting, portfolio management, collections, dispute resolutionFamiliarity with AI/automation/intelligent workflow solutions in a finance or operations contextStrong knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, risk management frameworksProven cross-functional experience with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance teamsExperience managing or partnering with BPO/outsourced operationsStrong analytical skills, data-driven decision makingBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fieldExperience in advertising, technology, or high-growth environments with complex, high-volume credit operationsExposure to AI agent/agentic workflow solutions in credit decisioning, risk scoring, or collectionsExperience with credit scoring models, financial risk analytics, or predictive modelingKnowledge of global billing, invoicing, and AR processes across multiple regions/currenciesExperience with process mining, RPA, or intelligent automation platformsCertifications in credit management (CICM, FCI) or risk management (FRM, PRM)Prior experience in interim/cover/contingent rolesExperience in a Shared Services/Global Business Services modelBenefitsRemoteCompany OvervieweTeam is a staffing agency that also provides payrolling services.
