Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Tele Sales Executive Software Sales (AECO Industry). The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote software solutions, qualify leads and generate new business opportunities. The Tele Sales Executive will conduct sales presentations over phone or video, understand client requirements and apply consultative selling techniques to recommend appropriate products and services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for proposals and pricing and following up on leads to close deals. The role also requires meeting sales targets, preparing basic sales reports and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience in every interaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Software Sales and general Sales skills, with experience in technology or B2B solutions preferred.Candidates should possess skills in Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling to effectively communicate value and address client needs.Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including cold calling, prospecting and qualification of opportunities.Strong verbal communication skills in English (and local languages as relevant), with a clear and confident phone presence.Ability to work with CRM tools, manage pipelines and maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities.Target-driven mindset, resilience in handling rejection and ability to work in a structured, performance-oriented environment.Prior experience in inside sales or tele sales, ideally in software or IT services, is an advantage.Relevant education in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered. .
